I've been described as someone who helps people see what has been sitting in front of them all along. I ask the questions others avoid, simplify complexity and create the clarity that inspires people to move.
For more than 20 years, I've helped businesses grow by leading sales teams, developing leaders and strengthening how people work together.
Across every role, I noticed the same pattern. Businesses were full of capable people, yet growth often depended on a handful of individuals carrying the sales, the decisions and the momentum. The result was pressure, inconsistency and leaders who were expected to hold everything together.
That observation became the foundation of my work and what I now call Shared Performance.
Today, I work with founders, sales leaders and organisations to build stronger, more sustainable ways of leading, selling and growing by creating businesses where leadership, capability and accountability are shared rather than carried by a few.
